Our commitments

The Praz sur Arly Tourist Office was awarded the Qualité Tourisme mark in 2014 following an audit controlling 164 indicators.

Qualité Tourisme will become Destination d'excellence in 2025, and aims to enhance quality across the entire tourism offering: accommodation, catering, visitor and leisure facilities, tourist information and transport.

Our commitments to customers and socio-professionals are to

-Improve the accessibility and visibility of the Tourist Office.

Ensure a warm, personalized welcome, thanks to competent, well-trained staff.

-Optimize the management and provision of tourist information.

-Provide clear and precise tourist information, adapted to visitors' needs.

-Facilitate the distribution of information 24/7 and promote the region using multimedia tools.

-Enhance the destination by offering more services: boutique and ticketing, digital reception, etc.

-Define a strategy for each mission with an action plan.

-Propose tourism products adapted to customer desires and the region.

-Manage suggestions and complaints.

-Adopt a sustainable development approach.

-Assume our role as coordinator and link between tourism partners.

What is Destination d'excellence?

Destination d'excellence is a government label designed to gradually replace the " Qualité Tourisme" label. This transition, which began in September 2024, will end when the former label expires on December 31, 2026.

This new label is part of the Destination France Plan, initiated by the Atout France agency, with the aim of strengthening the competitiveness of the French tourism offer through a qualitative, sustainable and inclusive approach.

Destination d'excellence requires compliance with stricter criteria than its predecessor, particularly in terms of :

eco-responsibility: reduced energy and water consumption, digital sobriety, sustainable mobility, waste management, etc,

accessibility: better consideration of the needs of the disabled, with clear information and adapted facilities.
